The Delta Associates' 16th Annual Apartment and Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence were presented on October 10, 2012, at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC.

The Great American Living Awards (GALA) program honors excellence in residential design, sales, and marketing in the metropolitan Washington market and is presented by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, Washington Metropolitan Sales & Marketing Council, and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association. The GALA ceremony was held on September 20, 2012, at the Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner, VA.
