KTGY-designed Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads Wins Top Honors at Three Award Ceremonies

TYSONS CORNER, Va., Nov. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads in Baltimore, Maryland, designed by award-winning national firm KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture + Planning, recently earned top honors at three award ceremonies. Developed by Somerset Construction Company and managed by Bozzuto Management, The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads was recognized as the Best Baltimore Apartment Community 2012 at the Delta Associates 16th Annual Awards for Excellence in the Mid-Atlantic Apartment & Condominium Industries event. Additionally, the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) presented The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads with a Gold Award in the category of Stellar Elevator Community: $1,200 and up at its 16th Annual Star Awards Gala. The Delta Associates Awards for Excellence in the Mid-Atlantic Apartment & Condominium Industries is a state of the apartment and condominium industries market overview and forecast presentation that distills the trends of the year just completed and sheds light on pivotal forces and issues that will affect the region's economy and multifamily market in the coming year. The Delta Associates' 16th Annual Apartment and Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence were presented on October 10, 2012, at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC.

The Great American Living Awards (GALA) program honors excellence in residential design, sales, and marketing in the metropolitan Washington market and is presented by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, Washington Metropolitan Sales & Marketing Council, and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association. The GALA ceremony was held on September 20, 2012, at the Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner, VA.
