Fitch Rates EdLinc Student Loan Funding Trust 2012-1

Fitch Ratings assigns ratings to the EdLinc Student Loan Funding Trust asset-backed notes, series 2012-1, as follows:

--$314,648,000 class A notes 'AAAsf'; Outlook Negative;

--$18,993,000 class B notes 'Asf'; Outlook Stable.

Fitch's stress analysis is discussed in the presale titled 'EdLinc Student Loan Funding Trust 2012-1, dated Oct. 1, 2012. The class B bonds will bear interest at a current rate and a deferred rate. Fitch will not rate to the deferred portion of the class B bonds.
