Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. Completes Its Initial Public Offering

Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. RH today announced that it has completed its initial public offering of 5,938,982 shares of its common stock at $24.00 per share, which included 4,782,609 shares sold by Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. and an aggregate of 1,156,373 shares sold by certain selling stockholders, including 774,650 shares sold by certain selling stockholders in connection with the full exercise of the option to purchase additional shares granted to the underwriters. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 2, 2012 under the symbol “RH.”
