Symbion, Inc., an owner and operator of short stay surgical facilities, announced today that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its third quarter 2012 earnings conference call on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. The Company will file a Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2012, prior to the call, a copy of which will be available through the Investor tab of the Company's website at www.symbion.com.

The live broadcast of Symbion's conference call is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
