Mobile, Internet and app giants meet in San Francisco for The Open Mobile Summit
Leaders from mobile, Internet, media and high tech industries are gathering in San Francisco tomorrow for The Open Mobile Summit, taking place at the InterContinental Hotel.
The future of computing, platforms and ecosystems, mobile payments, TV, advertising and mobile first experiences are just some of the topics expected to dominate discussions between the global handset manufacturers, app publishers, brands, retailers and carriers attending the conference.
Rich Miner, co-founder of Android and General Partner of Google Ventures will be keynoting the event, alongside Anand Chandrasekher CMO Qualcomm, David Marcus President PayPal and Warren East CEO ARM. Keynote panels feature Bob Bowman CEO MLB AM, Kevin Packingham Chief Product Officer Samsung, Joe Kennedy CEO Pandora, Yongseok Jang VP LG and Gibu Thomas SVP Walmart.
