CSX CSX, City Year and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee brought together 50 volunteers to sort and distribute food for a large-scale distribution. The same group of volunteers constructed rolling dividers and painted interior and exterior surfaces at Greenhouse Ministries.

Why:

Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee opened its doors in 1978 to provide a central distribution center for companies, groups and individuals who wished to help provide food for hungry people in Middle Tennessee. A Mobile Pantry, on average, feeds 200–250 families and distributes around 15,000 pounds of food.
