Yahoo! JAPAN and DG/MediaMind Sign Business Partnership for Display and Video Ads
MediaMind platform to act as Yahoo! Japan's official third party ad solution

Yahoo Japan Corporation, which operates Yahoo! JAPAN, and MediaMind Technologies K.K. (hereinafter "MediaMind"), a subsidiary of DG (NASDAQ: DGIT), announced today that the two companies have signed a business partnership for cooperation in display and video advertising.
The partnership is designed to meet the needs of advertisers seeking to develop more engaging display and video advertisements, as well as to strengthen ad technology-based solutions.
The strategic partnership will enable advertisers to deliver more effective advertising campaigns based on the MediaMind platform, and the development capabilities of Yahoo! JAPAN.
A trial service will be launched in the field of display advertising at the Japanese premium video service "GyaO!"after the beginning of 2013.
MediaMind is an independent platform that provides ad technology services to the global market. It also helps advertisers deliver cross-channel campaigns as a third party ad server. As a result of the partnership, Yahoo! JAPAN will authorize MediaMind as its official third party ad server.
