Trailside at Woods & Steele, a new mountain cabin community in Cle Elum Washington announces construction a new building, the Trailside Lodge. This Lodge, open year round, will feature an outdoor summer pool, hot tub, outdoor gathering areas, as well as a cozy indoor fire pit, kitchen and bar. Serving as the community's main recreation facility, this 1,800 square foot center is conveniently located near the center of the 135 acre development.

The Trailside Lodge and the 9 Trailside home plan designs were created by the Seattle architects 4D and homes range in size from just under 1,000 square feet to over 2,500 square feet and feature exposed woodwork, stone accents, and large windows combining Pacific Northwest architecture with mountain elegance.

The Trailside Community has 54 acres of dedicated green space and will consist of 65 parcels and homes with acreages ranging from just under an acre to 4 acres. Each parcel borders a community trail allowing for motorized and non-motorized direct access to the Taneum Recreational area. Currently selling Phase I, 14 parcels were originally offered, with only 8 still available.

Trailside is located 80 minutes east of Seattle on I-90 at exit 78. Driving westbound, the community is also accessible via Exit 84 at Cle Elum.
