As reported in The Daily Mail, Steve Worsley “once weighed [420 lbs.] and needed trousers to fit a 62-inch waist.” According to the article Worsley was “shamed in to slimming after watching his children wolf down too many fattening takeaways, and after four years of hard work he has shed more than [196 lbs.] and now fits in to a healthy size 32-inch waist.”
In the first year, according to article, Steve adjusted his lifestyle which resulted in his eventual weight loss. Worsley's wife Angela convinced him to partake in kettlebells programs, reports The Daily Mail. “I had done a few sessions and really enjoyed it. I approached the instructor about how I could become a teacher and he put me on a training programme,” quotes Worsley.
