Coral Springs, FL (PRWEB) October 31, 2012
Today in America TV is proud of the volunteer work it does in the community. The program gives each staff member one paid volunteer day off per year. While most other guys enjoyed Sunday afternoon football, producer Evan Golden spent his volunteer day off filming the nurses and healthcare staff from the University Hospital and Medical Center, for their entry in the famed Pink Glove Dance contest. The national contest raises money for breast cancer awareness and attracts hundreds of videos from healthcare workers and others. While the contest and voting period ended, the film maker and cast from the South Florida area wish to thank everyone who participated and voted for them. The video sent can be seen on the Pink Glove Dance contest website under Organizations. Winners will be announced on November 2. This is the 2nd year for the dance video contest as it continues to become a popular way to support breast cancer.
The first-rate educational program is hosted by the popular sports celebrity Terry Bradshaw. He is a National Football League Hall of Fame inductee who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers who led the team to four Super Bowl wins. He is one of the only former professional football players who received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Bradshaw retired from the game in the mid 1980's and has worked in sports broadcasting for almost 30 years. He is currently a co-host on a favorite Sunday pregame show, an often requested motivational speaker and frequent guest on talk shows.
No other show on the television brings viewers as up close and personal to the people carving a niche in their industry as the Today in America Terry Bradshaw show does. It features interviews with those in fields which are in the forefront of today's emerging businesses. The program covers topics about the environment, technology and health and wellness fields.
