Fifth Gear Launches Career Initiative for Supply Chain Graduates


ACCELERATOR Program Targets Leadership Development

Fifth Gear, a single-source provider of order fulfillment, contact centers, retail technology, and marketing services for direct-to-consumer retailers, has unveiled a new career development initiatives for upcoming college graduates in supply chain management, logistics, or similar fields of study.

The FIFTH GEAR ACCELERATOR Leadership Development Program is aimed at top college graduates with aspirations for a career in logistics management. The two-year rotational program offers candidates ‘manager-in-training' roles within all core areas of the company, including warehousing operations, customer service, business analytics, sales and marketing, and account management. In addition to insight into the operations of an industry leader, program associates will receive a competitive salary, full benefits, company-paid housing and travel, and paid vacation time.

The program, which will place its first associate in summer 2013, has already begun the interview process with candidates at Missouri State and Saint Louis universities, with the expectation to include other area schools with similar degree programs in the future.
