Leader of Love, and women's love and relationship expert Heather Hans, reveals how to live a deeply sensual life.

Boulder, CO (PRWEB) October 30, 2012

As she prepares for her upcoming “First-Class Love” workshop in Boulder, CO on November 11, 2012, Love Coach and Psychotherapist, Heather Hans is offering insights and a free 20-min strategy session for women looking for success in the World of Love.

Hans says that earth is a place that we experience through our senses. We are spiritual beings manifested to experience this world to its fullest. In order to do so, she offers the following five tips on living a more sensual life full of wakefulness.

1.) Be Present. Focus on what you have right now in this moment. A lot of people feel disappointed when a romantic relationship ends. If you have ever experienced passionate chemistry and romance you are lucky! Be grateful! Whether it lasts one night or 20 years, enjoy it.

2.) Live a Healthy Lifestyle. The better you treat yourself, the sharper your senses become. So eat well, sleep well, and exercise.

3.) Engage Your Senses. Touch yourself and others in loving ways. Direct all of your energy into the outpour of love through your body. Pay attention to the flavors of your food. Open your eyes to the beauty of the natural world. Smell the scents in your world, and use nourishing scents in your home and on your body. Listen. Whether it's the sound of rain, a favorite song, a child's voice, or sexy hot love-making, listen to the sounds and let them penetrate you. Learn to enjoy silence, as well as all of the erotic sounds of nature.

4.) Do what makes you Feel Sexy and Sensual. Empowered people do as they wish with their bodies and environment. Disregard any judgment from yourself and/or others as you use your body and surroundings as a canvas for sensual and artistic expression.

5.) Pay Attention to Your Body. A fine line exists between indulging in sensual pleasures and abusing them to the point of addiction. Always focus on how your body feels so that you know when enough is enough.
