The highlight of this sale is an exceptional large Chinese ivory ship magnificently carved with many figures of Immortals. The ship is in the form of a dragon boat on waves with intricately carved cranes and clouds all over. It stands 34 inches high by 54 inches wide on a gilt wood base, and is estimated at $100,000-$120,000.

Among the other highlights of the sale is a 19th century monumental Chinese lacquer urn. Hand-painted depicting scenes of Immortals, with the neck and rim decorated with longevity characters and bats, it stands 76 ΒΌ inches high on a matching stand painted with auspicious symbols and is valued at $7000-$12,000. Porcelain highlights include a pair of exceptional, early 19th century garden seats, from the first period of export, and having continuous court scenes with a variety of birds and butterflies, and double coin design that should bring in excess of $10,000.
