New Regional Director of Surgical Services Takes Surgery to a New Level

Taylor will focus on working with all of the systems surgical leaders and teams across the system to improve patient-centered outcomes. He will provide the leadership to create new program development, strategic planning, cost containment, and transformational changes associated with quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Since January 2012, Taylor has focused his attention at Baptist Medical Center downtown location. During his time at Baptist Medical Center, he helped to grow surgical volume, improve practice standards, re-organized staffing to increase on-time surgical starts and improve physician satisfaction.
