Recently, a federal judge in Washington State declined to dismiss a Wright Profemur lawsuit filed by a man who claims his Wright Conserve and Pro femur components “suddenly and catastrophically failed while being used in a normal and expected manner.” (Case No. 3:12-cv-05687-RBL [W.D.
