(PRWEB UK) 26 October 2012

FitFarms was established in 2006 and has had thousands of men and women from all over the world join them at the holistic boot camp looking to lose weight and increase fitness levels.

Early in 2007 the fitness retreat company was approached by the super market chain Tesco Weight Loss Retreat.
Tesco asked FitFarms to run and develop their weight loss programmes in Devon and Derbyshire.

The Winter months at FitFarms are some of the most popular months of the year. The change of colour on the trees make for spectacular walks and outdoor exercise sessions.

There has also been some great improvements to the course over the summer months.

The main improvement to the course is the introduction of Ian Thompson the Derbyshire based personal trainer with a senior management health background.

Ian has introduced better stability to the course and the knowledge that he passes on to the guest is invaluable.

The weight loss retreat programme for the winter months has been developed by Zuzana, Andy and Ian and there is more emphasis on the resistance work.

The body fat percentage decreases by 2% more in the week due this new approach. Guest use to decrease their body far percentage by around 4 percent but now it is averaging out at 6%.

The FitFarms holistic boot camp will be running three more courses this year.

The dates are 26 October in the Peak District which is always a popular weight loss retreat as it falls in the half term.

The next one is on Exmoor where the company have just 4 spaces available.

The final weight loss retreat of the year will be at the Peak District site in Derbyshire which will be full with guest preparing themselves for a healthy Christmas.

Book quickly to avoid disappointment online or by calling their Exeter office.
