Super Philosophy Appoints Phin Upham Contemporary Philosophy Curator

Curated academic philosophy site Super Philosophy announced today that Phin Upham has been named head curator of the site's contemporary philosophy section. Phin Upham has degrees from Harvard University and from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. As an undergraduate at Harvard, he was Editor-in-Chief for three volumes of the Harvard Review of Philosophy from 1998 to 2000. He also served as editor for three compilations of interviews and essays from the Review. Philosophers in Conversation was published in 2002, and contains one of the few known interviews given by philosopher John Rawls; The Space of Love and Garbage was published in 2007; All We Need is a Paradigm was published in 2009.
Super Philosophy has chosen Phin Upham as a head curator based on his background of engaging writing and reflective study of modern philosophy. His work can be found in numerous scholarly journals and philosophy blogs. The editors of Super Philosophy also cite his extensive record of community service, including major community outreach in West Philadelphia as the youngest member of the Board of the University of Pennsylvania Museum's Young Friends.
