The Nomination is in the category for Best Workplace Culture Company.

Southern Pines, NC (PRWEB) October 24, 2012

The North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) is a statewide membership association and the primary voice for the tech sector in North Carolina. The NCTA 21 Awards is North Carolina's only statewide technology awards program, recognizing companies and individuals who have characterized excellence, innovation and leadership in 21 categories.

This year Hirease, a North Carolina based background screening and HR Software solution company, is nominated for the first time in the Best Workplace Culture Company category. Finalists in this category must utilize the latest technology tools to enable employees and create a culture of innovation and creativity in the workplace. Hirease is honored to be up for such a prominent award, as we constantly strive to ensure that our employees have an environment that fosters inspiration and ingenuity.

“Hirease is excited to be included with the stellar organizations nominated for the 2012 NCTA awards,” said Heidi Dent, President of Hirease. “Our culture is a reflection of our people and the values that they bring every day. Hirease believes in working hard but enjoying what we do. Our culture is built around our ECHO philosophy while incorporating a little zappos weirdness.”
