Thomas J. Coleman Joins WebMD's Board of Directors

NEW YORK, Oct. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- WebMD Health Corp. WBMD today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Thomas J. Coleman to the Board, effective immediately, expanding the membership of the Board from 12 to 13.  Mr. Coleman is a co-Founder and co-President of Kensico Capital Management Corp., which is the owner of approximately 11.4% of WebMD's outstanding shares.

Mr. Coleman is joining the Board as an additional Class II director. Class II directors' terms expire at the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
