FCm Launches New Platform for Global Reporting
NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FCm Travel Solutions has boosted its multinational client data capabilities following the release to market of new proprietary technology for its online reporting platform ClientBank.
This latest release further extends FCm Travel Solutions' travel management reporting capabilities with a complete overhaul in the system interface used by FCm's clients and internal account management staff. This new platform provides the latest advances in reporting technologies to the company's multinational customer base, including dynamic reporting, industry benchmarking, client-configurable scorecards, dashboards, map-based reporting and integrated traveller tracking.
FCm's Global Product Leader of Data Management Lynda Ford said the move to an in-house reporting platform for ClientBank has delivered more sophisticated technology for account managers to leverage and present travel data to customers.
