ICG to Postpone Release of Third Quarter Results Due to Hurricane Sandy

RADNOR, Pa., Oct. 30, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Due to severe weather conditions associated with Hurricane Sandy, ICG Group, Inc. ICGE ("ICG") will postpone the release of financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2012 until Monday, November 5, 2012, before the market opens. The Company will host a conference call to discuss its third quarter results at 10:00 a.m. ET that morning.

A state of emergency has been declared for Philadelphia and its surrounding areas as a result of Hurricane Sandy, and current conditions have caused significant disruptions to power and communications this week. Therefore, the date of ICG's earnings call has been changed from its previously scheduled time on Thursday morning to the new time on Monday at 10:00 a.m. ET.
