The Company's third quarter fiscal 2012 earnings announcement has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 1, 2012, after the market close. Following the release, the Company will host a conference call and audio webcast with analysts and investors at 2:00 p.m. Pacific (5:00 p.m. EDT).
