Last October 24, 2012, the team, headed by Hammer Harrison, a Tampa native, visited Citrus Park Elementary in Florida to spread a timely message: how to stop and prevent bullying, through Globetrotters program known as ABCs of Bullying Prevention. Harrison talked about the ways to conquer bullying while allowing the kids to play with him and watch some of the groups signature move. The Globetrotters are scheduled to play in USF Sundome in Tampa, Florida, on March 2, 2013, Saturday, at 7:00 p.m.

The Harlem Globetrotters is a widely recognized special basketball team that is currently managed by Shamrock Holdings.
