Landry & Kling Expands Client-Focused Teams
Landry & Kling Inc., pioneering specialists in incentive cruises and meetings at sea, announced today it's expanding its team, further enhancing client services. Senior Manager of Cruise Events Jamie Limoggio will oversee every aspect of clients' cruise events and meetings, and Director of Business Development Cynthia Mallory will expand the sales team. Limoggio and Mallory both have strong backgrounds in the meetings industry, including logistical planning, onsite management and implementation, as well as travel industry expertise.
Limoggio will contribute her extraordinary customer service and planning skills while overseeing logistics and working closely with clients to ensure their events exceed expectations. Mallory is responsible for identifying new client prospects for the company's cruise sourcing or broker services, developing proposals for group cruises and other services, handling questions and matching clients to the right cruise ships to create successful outcomes.
Prior to joining Landry & Kling, Limoggio was Vice President of Program Management at Spellman Travel Partners, a global travel business headquartered in Boston. She operated corporate incentive travel programs, meetings, full ship charters, and business conferences for up to 25,000 people. Mallory was a Sales Director at CLM & Associates, Inc. in Miami, Fla. delivering high-end incentive travel programs to Fortune 500 companies who valued her creativity.
“We are thrilled to have Jamie and Cynthia onboard,” said Mark Phillips, Landry & Kling COO. “Their experience with Fortune 500 companies and solid meeting background are an invaluable contribution to our team. We are confident that their experience, results-driven focus and strong industry relationships will be assets to our company as well as to our past and new clients.”
