Aptean Releases Onyx Version 7.3
Aptean, a global leader in enterprise application software (EAS) and services for companies of all sizes, today announced the release of Onyx Version 7.3 (Onyx v7.3), which delivers full-featured contact management capabilities for iPhone and iPad devices, allowing customers to view and edit lists of incidents and tasks for specific customers, enter and edit notes, and view pertinent customer product information.
Onyx v7.3 and the contact management capabilities delivered in Onyx Version 7.2—collectively known as Onyx mobile—complement Onyx's existing web-based environment for true ubiquitous connectivity. In addition, Onyx v7.3 offers a high degree of configurability for customers to query on companies, individuals, incidents, tasks or product entities and mark those lists for mobile delivery.
