Spaghetti Warehouse to Host 40th Anniversary Party November 3rd
Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants Inc. today announced plans to “keep the party going” with its 40th anniversary celebration on Saturday, November 3rd at all of its locations nationwide – with a one-day event complete with cake, family entertainment and a world record attempt for the most people singing “Happy Birthday” at one time.
“Celebrations are about having fun and creating memories and we thought it would be great to do something big involving all of our guests at one time,” said Azam Mailk, president and chief operating officer, Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants Inc. “And, we wanted to make it something people wouldn't forget.
He continued, “We wanted to set a record; we discovered that bringing people together to sing ‘Happy Birthday' at one time has never been done as a world record…add some cake and you've got a party.”
Known for its freshly-made American Italian food and a place where every meal is a celebration, Spaghetti Warehouse operates 16 locations in Texas, Florida, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
To make it all happen, Malik said the 40th Anniversary Party will take place at all of its restaurants on Nov. 3rd beginning at 11 a.m. and continue throughout the day until 10 p.m. The festivities will be highlighted with fun and games for kids from 6-9 p.m.
At 7 p.m. EDT/6 p.m. CDT, Spaghetti Warehouse will lead its guests – at all 16 locations – in the signing of “Happy Birthday” and serve free cake to mark the 40th anniversary of the restaurant opening its first location in Dallas, Tex.
“With everything going on in the world today, for a few minutes, we're going to bring a lot of people together from Syracuse, New York to San Antonio, Texas and have some fun, singing, laughing and having a good time,” said Mailk.
Malik said he invites everyone to join the celebration and share in the world record attempt while coming together to share the company of one another.
“Our 40th anniversary celebration is our way of expressing our appreciation and thanks to our many loyal guests and we're ready, you might say, to make this night one to remember in the Warehouse with food, family and fun,” explained Malik.
