Einat Shlomiuk Named Director of Customer Service for NeTLIMS™

NeTLIMS™ NJ, LLC, a provider of advanced Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), today announced that Einat Shlomiuk has been named Director of Customer Service for the company.

In her new role, Shlomiuk's key responsibilities including overseeing NeTLIMS' technical support team, establishing and maintaining relationships with product and software development analysts, managing department resources to ensure goals are met, providing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems and researching, reporting and correcting any quality assurance issues. Before being named Director of Customer Service, she served as a software developer for the company. Prior to that, Shlomiuk was an Israeli branch support manager for Samtec, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of a broad line of electronic interconnects, and a database administrator for the Israel Defense Army.

“Einat's previous experience in the product specification, analysis and development of laboratory information systems and blood banking software along with her natural leadership skills are a definite asset to our company,” explained Gerald Choder, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NeTLIMS. “We strive to provide our clients with the best customer service possible, and she has the capabilities to help us do just that.”

Shlomiuk received a B.A. in Psychology and General History from Tel-Aviv University in Israel. She is also a certificated Database Administrator (DBA) for both Oracle and SQL Databases through John Bryce College, also in Tel-Aviv.
