Flushing Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.13 Per Share
LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Feb. 28, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank, FSB (the "Bank"), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per common share, payable on March 30, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2012.
