Dentsu Announces Prospective Members of the Board and Executive Officers

Dentsu Inc. (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004; President & CEO: Tadashi Ishii; Head Office: Tokyo; Capital: 58,967.1 million yen) today convened a meeting of its Board of Directors at its Head Office in Tokyo to select its prospective Director, Member of the Board candidates to be nominated at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2012, and to announce the Executive Officer changes, which will become effective on April 1, 2012, as follows.
