PASO ROBLES, Calif., Nov. 10, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heritage Oaks Bancorp HEOP (the "Company"), parent company of Heritage Oaks Bank (the "Bank"), announced that the Company's and the Bank's Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources , Joni Watson, is leaving the company effective on November 10, 2011.
