Associa Names Matthew Kraft Vice President of Training & Development

Associa, the largest community management firm in North America, names Matthew Kraft Vice President of Training and Development to lead Associa's comprehensive online campus Associa University (AU), industry training, organizational development and product/technology training.

Kraft joins Associa with more than 12 years experience in training, program development and management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Dealer Services Training for General Motors Financial, where he led the originations training team; launched an internal sales team; and developed several training and certification programs. Previous to General Motors, he was with Southwest Dealer Services and Centrix Financial, where his focus included program implementation and training.

Kraft holds a master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Arizona State University.

AU is the nation's first comprehensive community association management online campus program of its kind. AU provides Associa employees with online, on demand, self-paced courses tailored specifically for Associa Best Practices. Additionally, it partners with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) to provide its classes by video conference to Associa member companies which enables Associa management staff to attend more courses in the convenience of a local training environment.
