The Fox Barrel Cider Company (Fox Barrel) introduces 2 new unfiltered craft pear ciders to their portfolio in a pair of unique exhilarating, almost culinary flavors; Ginger & Blackcurrant and Rhubarb & Elderberry.

Naturally fermented using 100% pure pear-juice, not from pear-juice concentrate or pear-flavored hard apple cider. No added colorants, sugar, sorbate or benzoate preservatives, and no added malt, spirit, grape or apple-cider alcohols.

Pearfect bite. A bold, spicy red-headed pear cider infused with Natural Ginger extract, Blackcurrant juice and organic honey.

Aroma: Soft notes of black currants & delicate pear aromas upfront, followed with a snappy, spicy ginger nose.
Flavor: Rich round berry upfront lending to a crisp snappy ginger mid-palate and a clean, dry finish. Just enough refreshing ginger bite without a heavy burn.

Rhubarb & Elderberry

Pearfectly sharp. A vinous, tart, plum colored pear cider infused with Rhubarb and Elderberry juices and organic honey.

Color: Black cherry; raspberry
Aroma: Heavy sweet notes of elderberry & plum
Flavor: A sweet/tart fruit forward flavor balanced with elderberry on the front, rolling into soft pear that complements the rhubarb tartness in the finish, with elderberry still lingering at the back.
