Optimizes platform for video distribution through Intel Atom processor-based netbooks and personal computing devices

ATLANTA, April 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- uVuMobile (Pink Sheets: UVUM) announced today that it has joined the Intel AppUp developer program and has worked with Intel to optimize its video distribution engine for Intel® Atom™ processors.  uVuMobile is working to bring a suite of video applications to Intel Atom processor-based netbooks and tablets in the first half of 2011.

uVuMobile has ported its video distribution platform for Intel Atom processors, surpassing Intel's benchmarks as measured against its Software Assessment Tools for power optimization and CPU concurrency tests.  uVuMobile's success in optimizing its video platform as measured by these parameters ensures a superior experience with regards to video distribution and playback.
