Dow Jones reported that The Coca-Cola Company intends to buy 100% of Russian fruit-juice maker Nidan Soki in a deal involving the Company's founders and biggest shareholder, business daily Vedomosti reported. The Federal Antimonopoly Service received a petition from The Coca-Cola Company's subsidiary European Refreshments Ltd. asking that Coke be allowed to purchase all of Nidan, an agency representative told the newspaper.
