Yesterday, Dow Jones reported that Google Inc. will close its businesses in China in April, China Business News reported, citing an unnamed local authorized agent of Google Inc. The newspaper also said Google Inc. may announce details of its exit from China on Monday, citing unnamed Google Inc. employees in China. The newspaper didn't specify whether Google Inc. will close parts or all of its China operations.
Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) soared 0.36% to $16.56 on 12.63 million shares. The stock hit an intraday high and an intraday low of $16.57 and $16.32 respectively. In the last one year of trading sessions the stock went up over 23%.
