Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO)soared 0.41% to $26.37 after today the company and ENMAX Corporation announced their collaboration on the development of ENMAX's utility model to further Calgary's energy management and efficiency goals. The project goals are to advance ENMAX's Smart Grid vision including building energy management, residential energy management, data centre readiness, system security and renewable energy optimization. ENMAX is an integrated utility providing electricity, natural gas, renewable energy and value added services to over 640,000 metered customers.

Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ:FNSR) spurted 6.16% to $15.00 after it announced that it has priced the previously announced public offering of its Common Stock. The Company increased the size of the offering from 7,200,000 shares to 8,640,000 shares, which will be sold at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $121.0 million. The offering is expected to close on March 23, 2010. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,147,093 shares of Common Stock, and certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 148,907 shares, solely to cover over-allotments, if any. The stock today also touched a new 52 week high at $15.23.

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:LVLT) climbed 2.98% over its previous day's price and now trades at $1.73. The stock has a 52-week range of $0.64-$1.77.

Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT) surged 1.38% to $7.37 after the Enterprise Mobility Solutions business of Motorola, Inc. announced that Rapid Systems, a wireless internet service provider and member of its channel program, was selected by the Hardee Broadband Project to deploy Motorola's fixed wireless broadband solutions across Hardee County, Fla. Based on Motorola's PTP 800 licensed microwave Ethernet bridges and PMP 320 licensed network access solutions, the wireless broadband infrastructure will deliver affordable, high-speed Internet connectivity to businesses and residents of the county.

Nextwave Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ:WAVE) added 8.31% to $0.450 after it announced that it has entered into an Amendment and Limited Waiver (the "Amendment") to its first, second and third lien note agreements. The Amendment received unanimous note holder approval.
QUALCOMM, Inc. (NASDAQ:QCOM) rose 2.37% to $39.92. The stock has a 52-week range of $35.46-$49.80.
