The company today announced that its fourth-quarter net income increased 11.9% to $11.3 million from $10.1 million in last year's fourth quarter. Earnings per share increased to $0.78 from $0.69 in the fourth quarter of 2008. Income from operations increased 18.4% to $16.8 million from $14.2 million in 2008.
