Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA (ADR) (NYSE:GOL) lost 1.59% to $13.64. The company said its board approved the payment of dividends followed by a capital increase in the same amount as the dividends declared. Dividends in the amount of R$185.8 million or R$0.70/share would be paid on April 16, 2010 based on net profits for fiscal year 2009, pursuant to BR GAAP, including deduction of legal reserves and accumulated losses.
