(TRH) common stock owned by American Home Assurance Company (AHAC), a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., was priced at a public offering price of $53.35 per share. Goldman, Sachs & Co., Wells Fargo Securities and BofA Merrill Lynch, the underwriters of the offering, have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 725,969 shares of TRH common stock from AHAC. As previously announced, the underwriters have entered into an agreement under which TRH will purchase two million of the shares owned by AHAC in the offering.
Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE:ABK) soared 6.43% to $0.825. The stock has a 52-week range of $0.42-$2.09.
The PMI Group, Inc. (NYSE:PMI) climbed 10.06% over its previous day's price and now trades at $3.39. The stock has a 52-week range of $0.26-$4.96. So far in this year the stock went up over 34%.
Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:RDN) zoomed 6.84% to $11.87 after Piper Jaffray upgrades the stock from Underweight to Neutral. Price target raised from $7 to $9.
