(NYSE:DKS) lost 1.95% to $25.12 after the company quarterly profit topped market estimates for the seventh consecutive quarter on strong sales of cold weather gear, and forecast a full-year profit that could meet or beat analysts' expectations. The company's fourth-quarter net income rose to $67.4 million, 56 cents a share, from a loss of $105.6 million, or 94 cents a share, a year ago.

H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE:HRB) is down 0.54% to $16.50 after the company said it will not provide outlook for the year, after posting a 20 percent drop in quarterly profit from continuing operations. For the third quarter ended Jan. 31, H&R Block earned $50.6 million, or 15 cents a share, compared with $47.4 million, or 14 cents a share, a year back.
E-House (China) Holdings Limited (NYSE:EJ) falls 2.07% to $20.30 as the company said its fourth-quarter net income attributable to E-House shareholders grew to $39.0 million or $0.49 per ADS from $8.3 million or $0.10 per ADS in the prior year period.
The Kroger Co. (NYSE:KR) declines 1.97% to $22.45 after the company said Tuesday that its fourth-quarter profit in the quarter ended Jan. 30 fell to $255.4 million, or 39 cents a share, from $349.2 million, or 53 cents, a year earlier.
