U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB) gained 0.94% to $24.74 on 7.91 million shares after Dow Jones yesterday reported that U.S. Bancorp has priced a $500 million offering of notes via joint lead managers Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities. This bond will mature on March 4, 2015 and the settlement date will be March 4, 2010 (flat).
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (NYSE:BK) also went up 0.95% to $28.69 on 6.76 million shares.
