Yahoo CTO Leaving for Benchmark Capital (YHOO)
3/19/2010-Kara Swisher at All Things Digital reported Friday that Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO) CTO Sam Pullara is leaving the company and becoming an entrepreneur in residence at Benchmark Capital.
"He's the second major exec to leave Yahoo in a week for greener pastures," Swisher says, noting Joanne Bradford, head of North American revenue, quit Monday to take a post at Demand Media.
"Unfortunately, there seems to be more departures to come from Yahoo, said multiple sources throughout the company, many of whom are key execs that Yahoo can ill afford to lose," Swisher adds.
