Apple iPad Sales Could Top iPhone in First Three Months (AAPL)
3/18/2010-The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday that Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) has sold hundreds of thousands of iPads since the device became available for pre-order March 12, according to people familiar with the matter.
One of these people said Apple could sell more iPads in its first three months than it sold iPhones in the three months after the smart phone's debut.
