IHS Shares Fell 3.9% After Company Said It Acquired CSM Worldwide For $27 Million (IHS)

3/18/2010- IHS (NYSE: IHS) shares fell 3.9% to $53.88 after the company said it acquired CSM Worldwide for $27 million.

The company also said that it reported Q1 sales that missed estimates by 3%.

The provider of energy and security information reaffirmed its outlook for the fiscal year. IHS said it expects adjusted earnings of $312 million to $324 million and revenues of $1.04 billion to $1.08 billion in revenue.
