Apollo Group Falls on Weak Guidance (APOL)
2/19/2010-Shares of Apollo Group (NASDAQ: APOL) are trading 7% lower Friday to $57.11 and earlier dropped as much as 10%, the most intraday since Oct. 28, 2009, after the largest for-profit provider of college degrees forecast Q2 EPS of $0.79 to $0.84, ex-items, versus consensus estimates of $0.94.
