Career Education Corporation (CEC) (NASDAQ: CECO) will report fourth-quarter and full-year 2009 financial results after market close and host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 17, 2010.

On February 18, 2010, CEC will hold an Analyst and Investor Day in New York City starting at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET.
