Ticonderoga Securities Initiates Coverage on Two Exchanges Companies

Ticonderoga Securities, an institutional broker dealer specializing in equity trading and research, launched coverage today on GFI Group (GFIG) and MF Global Holdings (MF) under Managing Director Christopher Allen.

In addition to GFI Group and MF Global Holdings, Allen currently covers six other companies in the exchanges, market structure and e-finance space, including Investment Technology (ITG), Knight Capital Group (NITE), CME Group Inc. Allen recently joined Ticonderoga to help build its coverage of the financial services sector, which last week expanded further with initiations in the brokerage and asset management sector by Managing Director Doug Sipkin. Allen has covered various industries in the financial sector at firms such as Bank of America, UBS and Putnam Lovell, and Pali Capital over the last 10 years. Allen graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Accounting and has an MBA from New York University.
