Pentair Sets April 29th for Annual Shareholder Meeting

Pentair, Inc. (NYSE: PNR) today said it has set Thursday, April 29^th as the date for its 2010 Annual Shareholder Meeting, to be held at 10:00 A.M. at Thrivent Financial in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shareowners of record at the close of business on Monday, March 1, 2010, will be entitled to vote at the 2010 Annual Shareholder Meeting.
