FPL Advisory Group Expands Global Services to Asset and Wealth Management

FPL Advisory Group (FPL), a leading strategic executive search and advisory firm, today announced the expansion of its global professional services to the asset and wealth management industry.

“The addition is a natural extension of the firm’s core businesses into the broader asset and wealth management space,” noted Co-Chairmen and Co-CEOs, William J. Ferguson and Michael A. Herzberg. Over the past two decades, FPL has provided highly specialized advisory services to, among others, real estate investment clients – one segment of the overall asset and wealth management industry. “We are excited to now extend our specialized services to the broader global investment community,” added Ferguson and Herzberg.

Through complementary practice areas, FPL will now provide executive search, compensation, and management consulting solutions to a select, and focused, client base across the real estate, asset and wealth management, healthcare, and hospitality and leisure sectors.

To ensure seamless integration, FPL has hired seasoned search professional Amy de Rham to lead the firm’s Asset & Wealth Management Practice. Ms. de Rham brings extensive recruiting experience to her clients, consulting to organizations including global financial services companies, money management and specialty firms, endowments and foundations, alternative firms and fund of funds. She began her search career at Spencer Stuart as a member of the Financial Services Practice, and prior to joining Ferguson Partners was the North American Sector Leader for the Asset and Wealth Management Practice at Korn/Ferry International.

With a new Boston office location, FPL has further increased its regional market presence and added to a growing global network. “The opening reflects our commitment to providing unparalleled service to a growing client base in a strategically important business region,” noted Ferguson.
