Brenner to Spearhead REACH3’s Physician Referral Builder

REACH3, the market leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for healthcare, has hired Lori Brenner, Director – Physician Referral Builder, effective March 9, 2010.

Brenner most recently served as Hospital Relations Strategist at Physicians Practice/CMP Medica where she developed physician communication programs. Prior to this role, Brenner was Director of Physician Relations at Saint Joseph’s Hospital. In this role she implemented a successful physician liaison program, a referral tracking system, an issue resolution process and a physician-to-physician call center.
